Construction material testing: Accredited construction material testing according to DIN EN 17025 by the DAkkS (German Accreditation Body)
Our core competencies include testing in the areas of concrete, soil, asphalt, aggregates, binders, and masonry. The current scope can be found in the following documents. Furthermore, we carry out component testing. We assure our clients impartial and confidential execution of testing assignments. Measurement uncertainties are not taken into account when making conformity statements. They can be provided upon request. Should there be any cause for complaint during the course of order processing, these can be submitted in writing (electronically at feedback (at) roxeler.de or by mail) or by telephone to management for acknowledgment, examination, and processing.

Concrete

The construction materials testing laboratory of Roxeler Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH advises and supervises ready-mix concrete manufacturers, precast element factories, and concrete product manufacturers within the scope of their in-house production controls. We are available to all supervision classes of concrete construction sites with our services and experience as a permanent testing facility. RAP-Stra – Testing Facility

Roxeler Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH is accredited according to the guideline for the certification of testing laboratories in road construction (RAP-Stra) for the examination of soils, aggregates, asphalt, and hydraulically bound construction materials in road construction.
Furthermore, the construction materials testing laboratory of Roxeler Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH is an accredited and notified certification body according to the Construction Products Regulation for construction materials under System 2+.

Our concrete technologists and engineers plan sealing surfaces in accordance with the DAfStb Guideline „Concrete Construction for Handling Water-Polluting Substances.“ This applies to both the production of sealing surfaces in cast-in-place concrete and precast concrete construction. Many years of experience exist with the various construction methods using FD concrete (liquid-tight concrete) or FDE concrete (liquid-tight concrete according to penetration test). This includes, in particular, the development of precast elements for water protection and the testing procedures specified in the DAfStb Guideline.

They handle projects in civil and structural engineering, as well as historical structures of all kinds.
